Please give feedback about CANstruction. Answer ALL of the following questions:
1. Did you like to do the CANstruction – and why or why not?
2. What should be done differently in the future for CANstruction?
3. Should we do CANstruction again next year?
I like the idea of canstuction but i dont like the way we went about doing it. we should try harder in the future to pick a object, then collect the cans in that assorted color. yes but we should do it right
I think the canstruction was a fun project. It was cool to build something completly out of cans. I understand that the cans were donated and we had to work with what we had, but I think it would have been better if we had planed what we wanted to build first so we could buy cans that worked with the thingy. It might have been better if we also had more cans to build with. I think we should definitly do canstruction again next year, but with more planing ahead of time.
I liked doing canstruction. It was fun making models out of cans. I think that in the future we spend a little more time thinking of ideas for canstruction. We just all of a sudden at the last second decided to come up with an idea of what we were going to make out of cans. I think next year we should do canstruction again.
yes i thought the canstruction was a neat idea i always thought cans were just for food. we could probably use more cans with the same color lable. if we do it again next year it will give use a whole yeart top plan.
I liked it but I wish that we had more cans to work with. I think that we should get a school-wide can donation month so we can get plenty of cans, but before we start it, we should plan out what we are going to do and ask the school for specific colors or sizes of cans. I would enjoy doing CANstruction again next year, but plan a little more time for it.
I thought the can sonstuction was pretty awesome. Not only did we get to build something we are doing a good cause by donating the cans.
Next year we shoould do something big that uses many cans. We should defenitly do this next year.
I thought the idea of making something ballin’ out of cans, although it takes more cans/detail work than most of us were willing to put in. In a future CANstruction event I think that who ever (be it us or some other wierdos) should put a lot of effort forth because a nice CANstruction is something that’s fun to show off. I think we should do a CANsturction next year but have more time to plan and make an 8-bit mario yo.
Canstruction was the epitome of a ballin’ project. It was for a good cause for the poor people and it was fun to construct a “Statue” completely out of cans.
i think the canstruction project was fun i wish i had gotten to build the head because it looks like its was thrown together very fast,but its was a fun project still
1) Canstruction was nice, but I thought we could of made it better, there were not enough cans to add a lot of detail to the construction.
2) Longer time to bring in cans, and we should be more organized.

I liked the CANstruction project because it was a relief to do something fun instead of testing etc. I think that we should have put more thought into what we were going to build before we started to build because you need to have a good design before you can start the building process. Also, we could have made it look more detailed and I am not saying that it wasn’t detailed. I think we should do CANstruction next year because we now know what we are doing and we know how to do the CANstruction. We also now know what you can possibly build and I think that of we did it next year, we would have more ideas for the project.
I think Canstruction turned out very well. I thought at first it would be hard with the amount of cans we had, but it turns out there was plenty and our lochness looks very good. I liked learning the different things that we did while building it, and I also think that it built everyones strength when working with other people. (teamwork)
I enjoyed it but wish we had more cans. Nessy was kinda blocky. next time the two classes should come together as one to form a great idea, intsead of us being split apart and not rely on info. from just you. I think that we should do it again next year. we should be able to come up with a better idea.

I agree with chase and andy we should have decided what we were going to do so we could have used our cans morer wisely
I liked the CANstruction idea. i think we needed some more cans though so we could make our project look more real. also if the project was introduced to us earlier we could of brought in more cans.
I believe the CANstruction was a great idea and overall a good project. The final product was pretty cool. I believe that we should continue this for many years just making it bigger and better every time. I believe a little more planning should have gone into the CANstruction but over all, good project.
I think we should do CanStruction again, but we need the right cans, a solid item to build (something 2D i.e. Pac-Man and a ghost, Mario, a robot, etc.), and a complete building plan on how to make it. We should do it again next year.
Yes, I enjoyed canstruction. It allowed us to use our creativity skills. In the future i think that more interest in the project and team work would be more efficient. Yes we should deffinatly do it next year, just not the lockness monster.
I liked CANstruction, I think it was really fun. Ever since I saw that e-mail, ive wanted to do this. I think we should have planed it out better. At the end, it was put together completely by memory and did not look as good as the original. We should defenatly do it again next year. We will need more cans though.
i liked the can struction it was something diffrent. It relived a lil stress of having to worry about these big projects that can mean pass or fail. Next year we should try to do something i little harder than a lock-ness monster that we only see the head,tail,and to humps. But, other than that i would like to do this little project again.
I liked the idea of CANstruction, however, I don’t think we did a very good job with it. We could’ve had more participation and probably could’ve made a better final product. I’ve had a few people ask me what that “mound of cans” is. I think for next year, more organized can collection (by color, size etc.) and a larger amount of cans and planning could make this project alot better.
I believe we should do the canstruction again. Mabey this time we should do something funny. We should also get a little bit more time do accomplish the project.
I think the idea is very clever idea, but may be flawed in the detail area… next time we either need more cans and more time, or a very small and easy design. if there is the option, we should definitly do it again next year.
Next time, we need to be much more organized. Frankly our “Loch Ness Monster” right now looks like a slightly organized pile of trash. I did like the idea of the project, though the layout was inadequate (next time we need a drawn out plan rather than “eyeballing it” the way through) and our number of cans was averagley low.
I like the canstruction, but sadly I did not actually build any part of the canstruction. I was wanting to do the 8-bit mario but the nessy works well also. we did need to plan what we wanted to do then get the cans we needed. I want to do canstruction next year.
I though it was fun but we should have spent more time on it the head is all messed up.

CANstruction was pretty cool. It was a good way to get the class to work together. I think we should have painted the cans green, but i think that might be against the rules. but overall it was fun.
